Orders with customer supplied garments are subject to a 5% damage allowance per location. Garments may only be dropped off once an order has been placed, approved and paid for. All garments supplied to Guardian of Bravery for screen printing or embroidery services must be new. If supplying garments for multiple print designs, garments must be sorted and clearly labeled for each design. Bagged and/or unsorted orders may be subject to a sorting fee of $100.00.
Due to unpredictable and unpreventable circumstances in the production process, mistakes can be made. All orders are subject to a +/- 3% misprint/embroidery ratio. While it is rare that misprints or embroidery errors will occur, it is common practice in the printing/embroidery industry to maintain this policy. If an exact number is required, please include a 3% overage in your order.
Our proofs will give you a very specific size of the artwork, printing/embroidery location, and ink/thread colors that will be used to print or embroider your garment. If you would like a sample printed/embroidered prior to printing/embroidery production, a cost of $100 per color per location will be charged to your invoice. Printing/embroidery proofs must be approved before we can proceed to pre-production. Turnaround time on your order will begin from the payment, approved art and approved printing/embroidery proofs.
We are not held responsible for the manufacture’s garment(s) inconsistencies which can include size, color, or construction of the garment.
We accept Illustrator, Photoshop and PDF files. Vector files must have outlined fonts as for photoshop, please rasterize the font. Submit photoshop files in 300dpi and saved at print size or larger. We are not responsible for spelling, or any mistakes in approved artwork. We are not liable for copyrighted artwork, slogans that may occur via customers orders.
Our standard turnaround time is 7-12 business days from the time of payment, artwork approval and approved printing/embroidery proofs. Our turnaround time does not include shipping time. Orders received after 4:00pm Pacific Standard Time will not be processed until the following business day. These turnaround times are a guideline, not a guarantee. First time orders with new artwork may take 7-14 business days after approved art & approved printing/embroidery proofs.
We have various distributors that supply our garment merchandise. Things may go out of stock from time to time and therefore, we cannot guarantee a specific product’s availability. If it’s a must have product and it is out of stock, our customers have the option of choosing a different style, brand, or wait until that product is re-stocked. Note: Choosing to wait for the merchandise to be re-stocked will cancel our standard turnaround time.
Although we stock a nice variety of colors, we can also mix a specific Pantone color. Extra charge(s) will apply for this service, depending on the amount of ink used for your job. Custom Pantone colors are not guaranteed to be exact, but we are typically able to mix colors very close.
Once you have paid for your invoice there are no changes to the garment selection, refunds nor exchanges are allowed. Make sure the garment you have selected is correct before paying. Once we are in the pre-production stage of your order, there are no changes on the artwork nor refund to your order. Before approving your proofs, make sure that everything looks how you want it to be. Approving the proofs means that you have given the right for Guardian of Bravery to proceed with production.

Example: Construction, Inc. got a quote 15 days ago and decides to email us today along with the quote we sent. Since then the price of the T-shirt has gone up in pricing. Guardian of Bravery will provide the latest pricing based on market changes.
